Jennifer’s practice focuses on litigation, insurance law, non-profit and religious organizations, family law and business and commercial litigation. Although she is a skilled litigator, she often assists her clients in resolving legal disputes through mediation. Her interest in intellectual property and trademark law has become another area to serve her clients. She is currently on the board of trustees for the Legal Aid Society of Salt Lake City.
Before becoming an attorney, Jennifer worked as a litigation consultant in San Francisco, California.
